Acceptable Use Policy
Boundaries for permitted and prohibited use of the CUTO Service.
This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the CUTO Service. It applies only when the applicable contract documents incorporate this exact version.
The Customer must not attempt, or allow Authorised Users, to use the Service contrary to this Policy.
The Service must not be used for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
It is prohibited to access accounts, data, systems, or networks without authorisation or to circumvent security, authentication, permission, or usage restrictions.
It is prohibited to transmit, store, or execute malware or other code intended to harm or impair systems, data, or users.
It is prohibited to disrupt the operation, integrity, or performance of the Service or to create an unreasonable load beyond documented or agreed use.
Automated access may occur only through expressly approved interfaces and within documented or agreed limits. Scraping, circumvention of technical limits, or unauthorised bulk access is prohibited.
The Service must not be used to collect, disclose, or otherwise process personal or confidential information without the required rights, permissions, or legal basis.
It is prohibited to impersonate another person or organisation without authorisation, disguise the origin of content, or use the Service for phishing, fraud, or deception.
The Service must not be used to promote or provide unlawful threats, harassment, hatred, exploitation, serious violence, or other content intended to cause concrete harm to people.
It is prohibited to use Customer Content or the Service in a way that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.
The Service must not be used for spam, chain messages, or other unsolicited bulk communications.
Credentials must not be published, sold, or made available to unauthorised persons. Shared or transferred use is permitted only where expressly allowed by the applicable contract documents and product configuration.
Security, load, penetration, or vulnerability testing of the Service is permitted only with prior express authorisation under the approved process for that purpose.
Specific rules for AI features apply only when an approved AI-specific contractual or policy module has been effectively incorporated for the relevant feature.
The Customer will provide reasonable assistance to investigate, stop, and limit the effects of a suspected violation of this Policy to the extent legally permitted and necessary.
Each version of this Policy is identified by document ID, version, and effective date. Changes and notices follow the approved document-governance rules and the applicable Terms.
